Hello Everyone,
As we are busy entering all the many results from this weekends competitions we have had several questions about Championships and qualifying.
We will answer as best we can.
Championships this year:
Level 6-10 runs from Thursday April 5th – Sunday April 8th, hosted by Rose City it will be held at the Libro Centre in Amherstburg, ON.
Level 3-5 runs from Thursday May 31st – Sunday June 3rd, hosted by Forest City Gymnastics it will be held at the Agriplex in London, ON.
Generally it is the top 32 athletes who qualify for Championships. In very large groups, most frequently in Level 3-5, they take 2 groups of 32 athletes.
Qualification is determined by the average of the best two (2) qualifying scores. This is the average that we post in the average column.
